Brand Mavins 2025 Recap

2025 was an amazing year for us at Brand Mavins. It was the year we really took a step back to understand who we were becoming as a team and what our clients truly needed from us. That reflection set the tone for everything that followed: the wins, the losses, the lessons, and the growth we’re proud of today.
As soon as we asked ourselves how we could serve clients better, the gaps became clear. This question shaped the way we structured our services, and our processes. As we made these adjustments, we noticed something encouraging, clarity on our end created clarity for the people we worked with.
That clarity opened the door to new kinds of partnerships. In 2025, we worked with more clients than ever, including industries we had never stepped into before. We also found ourselves collaborating with more professional industries & brands.
To support that level of work, we knew our offerings needed to evolve too. That’s why we introduced our 40-hour design plan at £499 per month and strengthened our internal workflows. These changes were a response to everything we had learned throughout the year. Clients now had clearer expectations, smoother delivery, and they wanted to understand the services they are paying for.
2025 reaffirmed what we’ve always believed: growth is not just measured in numbers, but in the depth of relationships and the trust we cultivate with every client we serve. It was a year of learning, evolving, and achieving, and it set the stage for Brand Mavins to enter 2026 stronger, more capable, and more committed than ever to helping brands stand out, connect meaningfully, and succeed. Here is a recap on the year so far.
Strengthening Our Service Offering
One of the most important milestones for Brand Mavins in 2025 was restructuring our service offering to reflect who we’ve become: a more focused, and more reliable design partner. This started with the launch of our new website: a more modern and simplified platform designed to help prospects understand exactly who we are, how we work, and what to expect before they even book a call. The new design improved user experience, clarified our positioning, simplified our service offering and finally gave our brand the digital home it deserved.
But the real transformation happened behind the scenes.
We introduced three clear tiers: Basic, Pro, and Premium each designed to meet different stages of brand maturity. The Basic Plan, priced at £499/month (or £399 when billed annually), offers 40 hours of creative support for early-stage brands or lean teams that need consistent but lightweight design work. The Pro Plan, at £799/month (or £649 annually), doubles that support to 80 hours per month, perfect for growing brands, managing multiple channels. And for the companies that require a full-scale creative arm, our Premium Plan delivers 160 hours of creative work at £1,399/month (or £1,199 annually), providing end-to-end creative execution without the cost of hiring an internal team.
All plans come with the essentials: a dedicated account manager, expert creative team, project management, unlimited revisions, and alignment meetings tailored to each tier.
This level of structure has made a remarkable difference. Clients now know exactly what they’re paying for, the capacity they can rely on each month, and how their creative pipeline will run. Clearer systems build stronger trust, and in 2025, Brand Mavins became a more predictable and scalable creative partner because of it.
Expanding Client Base & Industry Reach
2025 was the year Brand Mavins broadened its creative footprint. Not only did we take on more clients than any previous year, we stepped into industries we never anticipated, proving that strong branding and intentional design are universal business drivers.
One of the most exciting shifts was the influx of professional brands: consultants, law firms, HR companies, architect firms, and corporate-facing service businesses who needed to improve their visual identity and digital presence. These brands came to us with clearer objectives, higher expectations, and a deeper understanding of how design influences trust. The result was a year filled with structured, high-impact work that pushed our creative systems further.
We also welcomed clients from unexpected industries from wellness and lifestyle to logistics, beauty, and niche e-commerce. This diversification strengthened our adaptability and sharpened our ability to tailor brand systems to different audiences, markets, and communication styles.
Across the year, we saw impressive results. For example, one client in the wellness industry needed a complete redesign of their digital content flow. Within just two months of collaborating, they reported a noticeable increase in engagement and a smoother customer journey thanks to more intentional, cohesive visuals. Another client, a professional services brand, used our Pro Plan to streamline their social media and campaign design, resulting in faster turnaround times and fewer revisions, which improved overall productivity on their team.
We also saw stronger patterns of repeat work. Clients who began with smaller requests quickly expanded their scope after experiencing the ease and reliability of our system. The combination of structured service delivery, clear hours, and a dedicated creative team created a relationship model built on trust.
Brands Created in 2025
2025 was a landmark year for Brand Mavins when it came to brand creation. Across multiple industries, we helped businesses define their identity, build brand assets, and help create a visual branding that resonates with audiences and builds trust.
Take Vitamin Us!, for example. This supplement brand came to us looking for a way to make health fun. They wanted their values and care to shine through every visual branding touchpoint. Together, we built an approachable identity that made me something as serious as a medical supplement brand feel inviting and safe to emphasize its community views.
Eagle, Travis & Co, a law firm, presented a different challenge. As a law firm, they needed an identity that communicated trust and authority without feeling cold or impersonal. We overhauled their visual system and client-facing materials creating a new design system that projects confidence and reliability.
Then there’s Mara & Rue, a luxury clothing brand seeking a sophisticated brand identity. Their goal was a brand identity that could carry their story across both digital and physical platforms. We built a full brand system that fuses elegance with modernity, giving the brand a distinct luxurious presence in the luxury market.
These are just some of the top picks we have had this year. It was incredibly fulfilling to work across several new industries.
Social Media & Creative Spotlights
Of all the design types we worked on in 2025, social media creatives shone the brightest. This service quickly became one of our most in-demand offerings, showing how important consistent, high-quality content has become for brands today.
Many clients, after receiving their brand assets, chose to continue their design plans specifically to maintain a steady flow of social media creatives.
What surprised us most was how quickly clients recognized this value. Beyond branding, social media design became a core part of their growth strategy, demonstrating that thoughtful, ongoing creative work can directly impact how audiences perceive and engage with a brand.
Brand Mavins’ Vision for 2026
As we look ahead, 2026 is shaping up to be a year of deeper partnerships, and even stronger creative impact at Brand Mavins. Everything we learned in 2025 from restructuring our services to broadening our industry reach has given us a clearer sense of who we are and the kind of work we want to champion moving forward.
Next year, we’re focusing on expanding our services in ways that give clients even more and creative support. We want to offer solutions that not only promote branding but also help founders, marketing teams, agencies and growing businesses stay consistent across every touchpoint.
We’re also preparing to step into new industries, taking everything we’ve learned from this year and applying it to sectors we haven’t worked in before. 2025 showed us that great branding principles are universal, and the opportunity to bring strategy, and creativity into new spaces is something we’re excited about.
But at the heart of 2026 is a commitment to trust. Everything we do, our plans, processes, communication, and creative execution is rooted in helping clients feel supported, and confident. We want our partners to know what to expect, how we work, and the value we bring, long before the first creative is even designed.
